Italian President visits Lund University As part of a three-day state visit to Sweden, His Excellency Sergio Mattarella, President of Italy, came to Lund University where he gave a lecture to a packed auditorium. SEK 64 million for graduate school Lund University is investing SEK 64 million in a graduate school focusing on societal challenges and the 2030 Agenda. Lund researchers demand halving of emissions at Swedish universities Eighteen researchers at Swedish universities, four of whom work at Lund University, wrote an opinion piece in the DN Debatt section of the daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter on 29 October calling on Swedish universities to take their own research seriously and cut their emissions of greenhouse gases by half within five years.
