Annual Meetings
Every autumn we celebrate our scientific results by arranging a symposium on a specific focus theme, with invited talks by leading scientists, local presentations, and a large poster session on NanoLund research. We are very happy to offer invitations also to friends, collaborators and associated institutions of NanoLund.
In 2024 the NanoLund Annual Meeting will be arranged on 8 October at Scandic Star Hotel in Lund. Program chairs Martin Leijnse and Jonas Tegenfeldt are working on an exciting program. The theme of the annual meeting will be computing and nano in a broad sense. This will include using new computational methods such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to benefit nanoscience research, as well as using nanoscience to create new computational paradigms, including biological-, neuromorphic- and quantum computing.
10 October – Synergy Day 2023
The theme for the first Light & Materials Synergy Day is Light Meets Materials. The Synergy day 2023 is co-organised with NanoLund Annual meeting and LLC Research & Strategy day.
