U21 3MT-tävlingen 2019
Three Minute Thesis Competition (3MT) är en tävling som vänder sig till doktorander. Den lokala tävlingen hålls virtuellt och arrangeras av sektionen Externa relationer i samarbete med Lunds Doktorandkår, LDK.
Deltagande doktorander presenterar sin forskning på tre minuter, med hjälp av enbart en bild. Tävlingen, som är öppen för alla discipliner, hålls på engelska. Den lokala vinnaren är sedan LU:s representant i den globala virtuella U21-tävlingen senare under hösten.

The Three Minute Thesis Competition (3MT) is a competition aimed at doctoral students. The local competition is held virtually and is organised by the Division of External Relations in collaboration with Lund's Doctoral Student Union, LDK.
Participating PhD students will present their research in three minutes, using only one image. The competition, which is open to all disciplines, is held in English. The local winner will represent LU in the global U21 virtual competition later this autumn.

Pia Ståhls Stiftelse 2019
Stiftelsen har som ändamål att i första hand främja vetenskaplig undervisning och forskning på universitetsnivå.
Inriktningen på anslagen för 2019 kommer företrädesvis att vara mot barn och ungdomars utveckling i föreningsverksamhet samt till mindre forskningsprojekt.
The foundation aims primarily to promote scientific teaching and research at the university level.
The focus for the 2019 grants will preferably be towards the development of children and young people in associations and to smaller research projects.
Stiftelsen PAUSE utlyser stipendium om 100 000 kronor
Stiftelsen PAUSE delar ut det största svenska stipendiet inom HR och ledarskap. Syftet är både att bidra till stipendiaternas egna utveckling och att sprida aktuell kunskap om området till andra. Sedan starten 1982 har stiftelsen delat ut 43 stipendier. Nu utlyser stiftelsen ytterligare ett stipendium. Denna gång om 100 000 kronor.
Intresserade uppmanas söka omgående och senast den 11 oktober 2019.
The PAUSE Foundation announces a stipend of SEK 100,000
The PAUSE Foundation awards the largest Swedish scholarship in HR and leadership. The purpose is both to contribute to the fellows' own development and to spread current knowledge about the area to others. Since its foundation in 1982, the foundation has awarded 43 scholarships. Now the foundation announces another scholarship. This time for SEK 100,000.
Interested parties are invited to apply immediately and no later than 11 October 2019.
Nordisk workshop om utomeuropeiska delar av Erasmus+

Lär dig mer om vad som kan uppnås genom Erasmus+ kapacitetsuppbyggnad inom högre utbildning (CBHE) och Erasmus Mundus gemensamma masterprogram (EMJMD).
Nätverka med experter och kollegor med stor erfarenhet av internationella samarbetsprojekt. Lär dig mer om programmet Erasmus+ och viktiga strategier för att utforma och implementera projektansökningar av hög kvalitet.
Syftet med workshopen är att stärka det akademiska samarbetet mellan lärosäten i norra Europa och partnerlärosäten i övriga världen.
Målgrupp är akademisk personal med intresse för internationella samarbetsprojekt.

Stockholm 21-22 October 2019
Learn what can be achieved through Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) and Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD).
You will be able to network with experts and academics active in the field of cooperation between Europe and different regions of the world, and you will go home with an improved understanding of Erasmus+ as well as new strategies to design and implement projects of high quality and impact. The focus of this event will be on academic cooperation between higher education institutions in Northern Europe and partners worldwide.
The event is targeted towards academic staff in particular.

UHR:s Internationaliseringsdagar 5-6 november 2019
Årets tema: Hållbar internationalisering Hur skapar vi goda förutsättningar för att kunna arbeta hållbart med frågor som rör internationalisering? Hur kan internationalisering bidra till att skapa hållbar utveckling? Vilka utmaningar finns och hur bör vi arbeta? Dessa frågor vill årets konferens synliggöra och belysa.
Datum: 5-6 november 2019 Tid: lunch-till-lunch Plats: Lindholmen Conference Centre, Göteborg Konferensavgift: 2 000 kr ex moms
I avgiften ingår lunch och fika båda dagarna, samt middag den 5 november. Begränsat antal platser.
This year's theme: Sustainable internationalisation How do we create good conditions for being able to work sustainably on issues concerning internationalisation? How can internationalisation contribute to creating sustainable development? What are the challenges and how should we work? These issues will be highlighted at this year's conference.

Lärare, forskare och administratörer som arbetar med att främja samarbete mellan europeiska universitet inom Erasmus+ kan söka resebidrag. Syftet med resan ska vara att diskutera, planera, vidareutveckla och utvärdera student- och lärarmobilitet samt till exempel kursutvecklingsprojekt i redan existerande samarbeten med partneruniversitet. Man kan även få resebidrag för att delta i nätverksträffar.
I urvalet prioriteras resor som syftar till att öka antalet utresande Erasmusstudenter samt utveckling av kursutvecklingsprojekt (Curriculum Development). Sökande som tidigare inte har fått Erasmus+ resebidrag prioriteras och en jämn fördelning mellan fakulteter och områden eftersträvas.
Ansökningar tas emot och beviljas så länge medlen räcker under läsåret 2019–2020 med start 1 juni 2019.
Teaching and administrative staff and researchers working to promote collaboration between European universities within Erasmus+ can apply for travel grants. The purpose of the trip shall be to discuss, plan, advance and evaluate student and teaching mobility, and to participate in already established collaborative partner university projects, such as curriculum development. You can also receive travel grants to participate in networking events.
Travel with the purpose to increase the number of Erasmus students, and advancing curriculum development projects are given priority in the selection process. Applicants who have not before received Erasmus+ travel grants are prioritised and an equal allocation among faculties is desirable.
Applications are received and granted as long as the funds are sufficient during the academic year 2019–2020, starting 1 June 2019.
