Antagning av studenter i Ladok
Innan de ansöker om Erasmus+ stipendium inför höstterminen 2019 Studenter som ska ansöka om Erasmus+ stipendium måste finnas inlagda som antagna till utbytesstudier i Ladok innan de kan ansöka. Sista dagen för att lägga in utresande Erasmusstudenter är den 2 maj för studenter som påbörjar sina utbytesstudier under höstterminen 2019. De utresande Erasmus+ studenter som inte finns inlagda i Ladok detta datum, kommer inte kunna genomföra sin stipendieansökan.

Before applying for an Erasmus+ scholarship for the autumn term 2019 Students who will apply for an Erasmus+ scholarship must be submitted as accepted for exchange studies in Ladok before they can apply. The final date for submitting outgoing Erasmus students is 2 May for students who begin their exchange studies during the autumn term of 2019. The outgoing Erasmus+ students who are not included in Ladok this date will not be able to complete their scholarship application.

Seminariet syftar till att avmystifiera och avdramatisera ”akademisk öppenhet” med fokus på publicerings-processen, peer review-processen, Open Access-kraven och var, varför och vad du bör lägga in i LUCRIS för att visa upp din forskning i ett LU-sammanhang.

The seminar aims to de-mystify and de-dramatize “academic open-ness” with a focus on the publication process, the peer-review-process, the Open Access demands and where and why you should add what to LUCRIS in order to showcase your research in a LU context.

Den femte upplagan av EUF Open Space — en utbildning om Erasmus+ projektfinansiering skräddarsydd för universitetspersonal — kommer att äga rum 3–5 juli 2019.
Lunds universitet har synliggjort karriärutvecklings-möjligheter för akademisk personal. De karriär-utvecklande aktiviteterna ges på engelska och de allra flesta är kostnadsfria för individerna och institution-erna. Det finns aktiviteter som är anpassade för doktorander, för postdoktorala medarbetare och för forskargruppsledare. Anmälan är nu öppen för (nästan) alla aktiviteter.
Lund University has now highlighted a series of career development opportunities for academic staff. The career development activities are offered in English and the vast majority are free of charge, both for individuals and departments. Some activities are suitable for doctoral students, some for staff in postdoctoral positions and others for research team leaders. Registration is open for nearly all activites.
LU has the privilege of offering students the opportunity to participate in the volunteer programme Go Nomads via the Ministry of Education and Science in Kazakhstan.
Students have the opportunity to teach English at a university or college in Kazakhstan, between 1-6 months.
The receiving institution covers the round-trip ticket, accommodation, and meals. Students from all subject areas are welcome to apply.
Seminarium: Akademiska samarbeten med kinesiska universitet – erfarenheter från Sverige
Svenska lärosäten har under de senaste åren haft en ökad internationaliseringsgrad. Detta har medfört större möjligheter att bedriva ny forskning, få tillgång till infrastruktur och resurser samt för forskare och studenter att lära sig mera om omvärlden.
I detta seminarium som organiseras av STINT och SUHF:s expertgrupp för internationalisering kommer ett antal svenska forskare att diskutera sina erfarenheter av arbete med kinesiska forskare. Seminariet avslutas med en paneldebatt kring möjligheter och utmaningar att samarbeta med kinesiska universitet.

Seminar: Academic collaborations with Chinese universities – Experiences from Sweden
In recent years, Swedish HEIs have had an increased degree of internationalisation. This has led to greater opportunities for conducting new research, gaining access to infrastructure and resources, and for researchers and students to learn more about the outside world.
In this seminar organised by STINT and SUHF's expert group for internationalisation, a number of Swedish researchers will discuss their experiences of working with Chinese researchers. The seminar concludes with a panel discussion on opportunities and challenges to cooperate with Chinese universities.

Det nationella Erasmus+ kontoret i Nederländerna organiserar ett kontaktseminarium i Amsterdam den 27-29 maj. Seminariet är tvärsektoriellt och fokuserar på social inkludering och lika möjligheter.
Seminariet vänder sig till dem som planerar att söka medel för ett Erasmus+ samarbetsprojekt och/eller dem som har ett befintligt projekt med koppling till temat.
UHR har möjlighet att skicka två deltagare. Ansökningsdeadline är 10 april.
The national Erasmus+ office in the Netherlands will organise a contact seminar in Amsterdam on 27-29 May. The seminar is cross-sectoral and focuses on social inclusion and equal opportunities.
The seminar is aimed at those who plan to apply for funding for an Erasmus+ collaborative project and/or those who have an existing project linked to the theme.
UHR (Swedish Council for Higher Education) has the opportunity to send two participants. Application deadline is 10 April.
