	After the party - Who is the future superhero researcher?
	18 September - LUSEM will host an event/workshop about the challenges post-doc researchers face. The discussions aim to contribute to an understanding of the current academic structure and culture, i.e. what academia is (and should be) and what academics do (and should be doing), and why this matters.
