Plan your dismantling

Once Formex is over, the halls are considered a construction site. Be careful, follow the instructions and do not forget anything.

You can start dismantling your stand and packing as soon as Formex closes. Stay in your exhibition space for the first hours so as not to block the aisles. Your empties and any stored goods will be delivered to your stand as soon as the carpet runners have been removed and the forklifts have access. Due to the amount of empties/empty goods the delivery can take up to 3 - 4 hours. The halls are open for dismantling until 24:00 the first night. You can apply to stay longer at your stand during dismantling in Event Planner. Consumption of alcohol on the premises during dismantling is prohibited.

Loading
Once you have finished packing and received confirmation from our staff, you may start to drive your vehicle to the loading bays for Halls A, B or C for loading. This can take up to 3 - 4 hours. Carefully mark all goods that will be picked up by a transport company. Goods that have been left behind will be subject to charges in accordance with the current price list.

	We would like to remind those who have lent products in our Exhibitions to pick these up as soon as possible after 17:00.
