This year's Vitalis will take place online – but will return in 2021! The coronavirus has had consequences that few could have imagined. We, just like you, had hoped to be able to organise the event according to original plan. A trade show is something we do together, and with respect to exhibitors’ investment in terms of both time and money, and we have, as far as possible, striven to make a joint decision on what to do. We have therefore conducted a dialogue with many exhibitors, trade associations and partners. Based on these dialogues and under current meeting restrictions, it appears that we must take the decision to cancel this year’s exhibition and conduct the conference online. Vitalis will return again as planned on 18-20 May 2021. What does that mean to you? With respect to your Vitalis 2020 stand booking, you can choose one of two options: The booking will be transferred in its entirety to Vitalis 2021 – and you will receive a new order confirmation; or The booking will be cancelled, and your money will be refunded, with the deduction of the basic start-up fee, insurance and 15% of the stand rent. Contact us to let us know your preferred option. What happens now On 25-26 August, the Vitalis conference will be broadcast online. In the online event delegates take part in live broadcast panel discussions and keynote presentations, as well as pre-recorded lectures, in which current issues regarding care and welfare will be discussed. Representatives from politics, government, industry and the clinical professions will take part in the discussions over two packed days, helping to push us forward on key issues and challenges. We understand that you have put a lot of time, energy and resources into preparing content for this year’s event.
