Dear Big Science Sweden members and friends It's almost time for summer. After the holidays, we’ll be back – recharged and ready – with a busy autumn programme.
Mark your calendars for our two physical events in Lund: First off is our breakfast meeting at The Loop in August. It's a great opportunity to meet others in the Big Science field over a cup of coffee and discuss interesting topics. This time our focus will be ITER. And then in September, we're organising an AIMday Big Science Technology, also at the The Loop. It's a day all about tackling real challenges from Big Science facilities. The challenges are being formulated at the moment and we hope to see many of you there!
Also, check out our upcoming online seminar Cryogenics in Big Science, where John Weisend, Senior Accelerator Engineer at ESS, will share expert insights.
Wishing you all a wonderful and relaxing summer! Catarina Sahlberg, Director, Big Science Sweden
