Dear Big Science Sweden members and friends
Recently, the Big Science Sweden Steering Committee, along with members of the team, visited the international facility FAIR and its German host lab, GSI. GE Healthcare was also present, discussing opportunities for a knowledge transfer project with FAIR. We are always pleased when we can connect Swedish expertise with these world-class research facilities!

Another important aspect of expertise is the one we build long-term, and during our visit, we took the opportunity to strengthen our Careers Programme. This has already resulted in a webinar with Jönköping University, offering their students the opportunity to pursue internships and thesis projects at FAIR.

The visit confirmed: being on-site fosters meaningful discussions, deeper engagement, and a better understanding of the work being done.
