The Hy-Mag Circuit breakers from Emcomp can carry 100% of rated current independent of ambient temperature, and do not require de-rating due to high temperatures. Also, the Hy-Mag Circuit breakers always trip at a given percentage of rated current independent of ambient temperature. |

The temperature independence makes it possible to build a thinner circuit breaker. Accordingly, our DIN rail mounted circuit breakers have 13mm instead of common 18mm of normal thermal breakers. Keep in mind also that space saving is cost saving in many cases. |
