It’s time to set up sending domains in Lime Marketing!

Hello from Lime Marketing! As an Administrator in your organization’s Lime Marketing account, this email is especially for you.

Product changes ahead 📬

Starting in December 2023, your team will need to use valid sending domains. This simply means sending emails with a “from” email address that's been added and accepted in Lime Marketing. It's a best practice to help your emails find their way to your recipients’ email inboxes!

To get started, add a domain in Lime Marketing and share the instructions with your IT team.

🚨 Don't forget to add the "from" email addresses used as Publication or Event confirmation emails.
What’s the timeline? 📅

Changes will take place around 15 December 2023, so you've got plenty of time over the next few months to add your sending domains. All accounts will soon offer a default sending domain from Lime, so you will always be able to send emails.

Should you have any questions, please reach out at info@lime.tech. We're here to support you every step of the way!

But wait...there's more! We're also introducing a new feature - the ability to add a custom return-path, which is an address that lets your team more completely brand your emails. Currently, you're using Lime’s default address, but with this new feature, you can select your own instead.

By setting up a custom return-path, you unlock a range of benefits:
  • Build a strong sender reputation by sending trustworthy emails,
  • Boost deliverability rates by encouraging inbox providers to accept your emails,
  • Stay on top of deliverability trends. As spammers adjust their tactics, proving your sending credibility to inbox providers is more important than ever.
While adding a custom return-path is optional, we highly recommend it for all the advantages mentioned above. Feel free to share this email or the instructions for setting up a return-path with your IT team. These instructions are found in your account under 'Configuration Instructions'.
