Summer greetings and fall plans
During the spring semester Lund was visited by two PhD students from Stockholm, and we also organized a joint workshop on Agenda 2030, a workshop on digital methods and a workshop on presentation skills. The graduate school in addition ran a course on the craft of writing and held a writing retreat in Sigtuna.

Applications for mobility for the fall semester are now open (deadline 13 June), as are applications for the course on Critical Perspectives on East and South-East Asian Studies (deadline 13 June). On  6-8  November we will organize a career event and retreat that will address both work outside academic and research grant writing (deadline 13 September). In addition we plan for a workshop on podcasts and one on international relations in the fall (more information to follow soon so keep an eye on our website). A course on Asia in the Global Economy is already on offer for the beginning of the spring semester. More events and lectures are being planned.

If you have any suggestions for events or online lectures you are as always welcome to contact me.

Wishing you a wonderful summer!
