What are we offering?

In line with the Nordic Council of Ministers' focus areas for 2030, we offer courses with a sustainable perspective, particularly focusing on social sustainability. With increasing attention on psychosocial well-being, we are offering in-depth programmes such as:
  • Work Participation & Work-related Disability in a Nordic Context
  • Effective Strategies for Healthcare Leaders: Enhancing Well-Being at Work
  • Tenth International Course on Bullying and Harassment at Work
  • Prolonging Working Life among Senior Workers
In connection with the Finnish Presidency next year, NIVA will also be involved in organising relevant conferences on issues such as work-related crime. Additionally, we continue to offer classic NIVA courses with themes that remain relevant to occupational health and safety, including, Micro- and Nanoplastics: Workplace Exposure and Hazard Effects and Occupational Respiratory Diseases – From Risk Factors to Prevention.

Our diverse course offerings for 2025 reflect NIVA’s dedication to support a more sustainable, inclusive, and healthier future for workplaces across the Nordic region and beyond. We hope you’ll find courses that align with the challenges and opportunities in your field.

Warm wishes,
Henrik and the NIVA-team
