As we approach the end of 2024, it’s a good time to reflect on a year of change at NIVA. This has been a special year for us, with a completely new team of project managers, Nathalie, Nora, and Julia, joining NIVA. It has been great to see them settle into their roles and bring fresh perspectives to our work in occupational health and safety. |

Over the course of the year, we have organised 20 events, both online and on-site, bringing together participants from across the Nordic region and beyond. These events have addressed a range of important topics, and we are grateful for the engagement and contributions from our partners and participants.
Looking Ahead to 2025
Next year, we have an exciting selection of events planned. Among the highlights are two events we will co-organise with the Finnish Presidency in September, focusing on work-related crime and psychosocial health in workplaces.
In addition to these events, we encourage you to explore our full course selection for 2025, which offers a wide range of opportunities to learn and engage with the latest developments in occupational health and safety.

This workshop will cover various aspects of work-related crime although the main focus is work environment. It will explore the definition, consequences, and practical challenges associated with this issue. |

This course covers approaches and methods that can help to improve the mobilization, application and uptake of OSH research knowledge among workplace audiences, and how research processes and findings can be better integrated with practice knowledge to promote OHS prevention strategies and impact. |
