– Finland ligger i toppen av den europeiska statistiken över drogrelaterade dödsfall bland unga. Droganvändare dör yngre här än i många andra länder. För att motverka det här krävs nya insatser och nya idéer, säger forskarprofessor emeritus Pekka Hakkarainen vid Institutet för hälsa och välfärd.
