GROUP INFORMATION
Benefits and central collective agreement
Common benefits and the adoption of a SINGLE central collective agreement and the negotiation of common local collective agreements will ensure that every employee at RISE will be covered by the same terms of employment.

“We are now truly setting out on our journey together. The goal is for the benefits package to be in place after the summer, although the objective must be to have an agreement in place as soon as possible,” says Johanna Flanke, chief human resources officer at RISE.

This means, among other things, the introduction of an interconnected telephony solution and a comprehensive employee directory. Many employees at RISE AB have already got access to this new solution but it is now time for everyone else to become integrated.
