SPEAKING INFORMATION AND APPLICATION

As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to apply for one or two speaking slots depending on your sponsor package. Gold sponsors can also apply for one deep-dive session instead of two speaking slots. All speaking slots must be approved by the Speakers’ Council and customer presentations will be prioritized.

Further down, you first fill in the presentation details, then the contact details of the person responsible for the speaking session, and lastly, the speakers. If the contact person is also the speaker, they must be added as both the contact person and speaker.

The last day to apply for a speaking session is 30th of September. Applications will be processed continuously throughout the application period and the speaking application can therefore close before the deadline above if all spots are filled. There is a limited number of speaking slots.

Presentation

Keep your session title short, interesting, and easy to read. The description must include what participants can expect to take away from the session. A good formula is Problem description + Approach + Results + Conclusions.

Highlight topics, products, and customers not included in the title. The description must consist of the key takeaways for the audience.

The speaking time is 20 minutes followed by a Q&A of 5-10 minutes. We recommend planning for 12-15 minutes of presentation as the speaking time often goes by faster than you might think.
