Games have the power to inspire, teach, and shift perspectives. This workshop aims to equip game mentors and sustainability professionals to design and deliver impactful workshops for game developers helping them create games that drive social and environmental change.

Who Should Attend?

You love making games and believe they can do more than entertain . Games can teach, connect, and transform. Join to explore how to disseminate your experience working with sustainability and social impact through your creative practice for audiences of other game developers, and learn how to design or facilitate workshops that inspire others to do what you do.

You have some experience designing or mentoring transformational or games for change. You understand how games move players both emotionally and intellectually.
We’ll help you channel that experience into sustainability contexts, guiding developers toward meaningful climate and impact-driven game design.

You’re passionate about sustainability, climate innovation, or social impact. You may not be a game designer but you’re ready to learn how games can amplify your work.

	About our expert Since 2021, Trevin York has organized and co-run full-day workshops which empower teams to design games in response to the climate crisis. Now, we want to empower people to take what he’s learned over the years and create their own similarly impactful workshops for game development teams.
