Welcome to attend the Agglomeration-lab

Open Day in Luleå on the 4th of June!

Agglomeration in metallurgy transforms waste residues into valuable briquettes, enhancing their properties for reuse, thus promoting a circular economy, reducing environmental impact, and increasing process efficiency and cost-effectiveness. It's essential for sustainable resource recovery and minimizing waste in metal processing industries.

Swerim has actively been doing research in the area of agglomeration. During this open day event, you are able to get some feedback from our industrial partners, see our briquetting facilities, have small test runs, meet our experts and discuss the new business.
