Sweden’s West Coast Named a Top European Destination for 2025 by BBC Travel
640x640transp
We’re proud to share that BBC Travel has named Sweden’s beautiful west coast — with Bohuslän and Gothenburg at the forefront — as one of nine must-visit European destinations for 2025. The Swedish coastline is praised for its fresh sea breezes, granite islands, world-class seafood, and long, light summer nights — offering a memorable experience.

Gothenburg also earns recognition for its ambitious sustainability work, with the goal of becoming climate neutral by 2030. Hotel Pigalle receives a special mention, and Bohuslän is highlighted for its relaxing adventures like kayaking, hiking, and oyster safaris. We’re in great company alongside destinations such as Puglia, the Peloponnese, and Cap d’Antibes.
