Den pågående konflikten i svenska hamnar fortsätter, med nya varsel om strejk och lockout i de hamnar där Svenska Hamnarbetarförbundet är representerat. Detta är en situation som ligger utanför vår kontroll, det vill säga en force majeure.
Sveriges Hamnar har mottagit ytterligare ett varsel om strejk och blockad från Svenska Hamnarbetarförbundet (HF). Varslet omfattar strejk, övertidsblockad, inhyrnings- och nyanställningsstopp samt blockad mot mertidsarbete och förskjutning av ordinarie arbetstid (FA-tid) hos Sveriges Hamnars medlemsföretag.
Planerade strejk- och lockoutperioder:
Gothenburg RoRo Terminal
Strejk: 19 juni kl. 10.45 till 19 juni kl. 17.30
Strejk: 22 juni kl. 00.00 till 24 juni kl. 24.00
Blockad mot övertid, inhyrning, nyanställning, mertidsarbete och förskjutning av ordinarie arbetstid (FA-tid):20 juni kl. 00.00 till 24 juni kl. 24.00
APM Terminals Gothenburg
Strejk: 23 juni kl. 12.00 till 23 juni kl. 21.00
Strejk: 24 juni kl. 12.00 till 24 juni kl. 21.00
Vi bedömer fortsatt att störst påverkan sker på transporter via Göteborgs hamn, både import och export. Det finns en betydande risk att trailers blir stående i hamnarna under dessa perioder, vilket kan leda till ökade kostnader såsom kaj- och trailerhyra samt tomdragningar när returtransporter inte kan genomföras enligt plan.
Den pågående konflikten har hittills medfört kraftigt ökade produktionskostnader för oss. Tyvärr innebär detta att vi infört en extra avgift för alla trailertransporter mellan Sverige/Norge och Storbritannien, Irland, Nordirland, Frankrike, Spanien, Portugal, Belgien, Nederländerna samt Luxemburg.
Denna extrakostnad är 20 % av den totala fraktkostnaden och gäller som tidigare kommunicerats från och med onsdag den 28 maj och tills vidare, och kan komma att justeras vid förändrade förutsättningar. Vänligen notera att detta gäller när vi skeppar enligt vårt ordinarie upplägg. Alla special- och unika kundlösningar som sker på grund av strejken, det vill säga då vi ändrar rutt, kommer fortsatt att analyseras individuellt och kostnadsberäknas utifrån det specifika upplägget.
Övriga extraordinära kostnader som uppstår i samband med detta – inklusive, men inte begränsat till, kaj- och trailerhyra, förseningar och omlastningar – kommer tyvärr att behöva vidarefaktureras till er som kund.

Varje enskild situation bedöms individuellt, och vi vidtar nödvändiga åtgärder för att hitta bästa möjliga lösning. Information – New Strike and Conflict Notices in Swedish Ports
Dear Customer,
The ongoing conflict in Swedish ports continues, with new notices of strike and lockout in the ports where the Swedish Dockworkers’ Union is represented. This is a situation beyond our control, i.e., a force majeure.
Ports of Sweden has received yet another notice of strike and blockade from the Swedish Dockworkers’ Union (HF). The notice includes a strike, overtime blockade, hiring and recruitment freeze, as well as a blockade on additional hours and shifting of regular working hours (FA time) at the member companies of Ports of Sweden.
Planned strike and lockout periods:
Gothenburg RoRo Terminal
Strike: June 19 at 10:45 AM to June 19 at 5:30 PM
Strike: June 22 at 12:00 AM to June 24 at 12:00 AM
Blockade on overtime, hiring, recruitment, additional hours, and shifting of regular working hours (FA time): June 20 at 12:00 AM to June 24 at 12:00 AM
APM Terminals Gothenburg
Strike: June 23 at 12:00 PM to June 23 at 9:00 PM
Strike: June 24 at 12:00 PM to June 24 at 9:00 PM
We continue to assess that the greatest impact will be on transport via the Port of Gothenburg, both import and export. There is a significant risk that trailers will be stuck in the ports during these periods, which may lead to increased costs such as quay and trailer rental, as well as empty returns when return transports cannot be carried out as planned.
The ongoing conflict has so far resulted in significantly increased production costs for us. Unfortunately, this means we have introduced an extra fee for all trailer transports between Sweden/Norway and the United Kingdom, Ireland, Northern Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
This additional cost is 20% of the total freight cost and, as previously communicated, applies from Wednesday, May 28 until further notice and may be adjusted if conditions change. Please note that this applies when we ship according to our regular setup. All special and unique customer solutions resulting from the strike, i.e., when we change the route, will continue to be analyzed individually and costed based on the specific setup.
Other extraordinary costs arising from this situation – including, but not limited to, quay and trailer rental, delays, and transshipments – will unfortunately need to be invoiced to you as a customer.
We are working proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain a close and continuous dialogue with you. Each individual situation is assessed individually, and we take the necessary measures to find the best possible solution.
